The past year has seen many changes, which are hard to reflect in a website that
was built almost ten years ago. While I am working on an new site, I would like
to give an update on how things have developed, and have some material
available for download.
In the Sumer of 2008 I was offered a position at the Queensland Conservatorium
in Brisbane, Australia, and I prepared for a move to a new and exciting life.
During the Autumn of that year some aspects of my private life changed
drastically, and I decided to decline the position in Brisbane. Nevertheless I
thank the Conservatorium for the trust they showed me by inviting me as a
Senior Lecturer.
In january 2009 I moved to London, after having worked at the Royal College of
Music for more than 3 years. This move was inspired by the wish to become more
involved in the London performing and teaching community. Living close to the
Royal College, I enjoy being immersed in its lively music scene.
Having made this fresh start, I will continue to contribute to the development
of the next generation of violinists with renewed energy and inspiration. Since
I am now permanently based in London, I can again provide the unique intensity
that was the hallmark of my teaching in earlier years. I will be striving to
expand both my private class and my class at the RCM.
Through the links below you can access my old website and recent biographical
material.
